Jeffrey M. Schnoll
Jeffrey M. Schnoll is a principal of SMB Asset Advisors, LLC. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1987 and is the president and founder of Schnoll And Company, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm doing business throughout the Chicago metropolitan area since 1990. He is also the president and founder of Commercial Construction and Maintenance, Inc., a full service general contractor and project management firm. Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker with vast amounts of experience in the development, general contracting, financing, marketing, selling, acquiring, leasing and managing of all types of properties, including industrial, office, medical and residential. Schnoll And Company, Inc. currently has an ownership interest in more than 500,000 square feet of space and maintains operating control over every aspect of those properties, including accounting, bookkeeping, financing, marketing, leasing, contract negotiations, construction, maintenance and repairs. Schnoll And Company, Inc. also has the expertise and infrastructure to deal with tenants of all types and sizes, focusing primarily on properties involving multiple tenants. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona in 1986.

Jacob J. Meister
Jacob J. Meister is a principal of SMB Asset Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining SMB Asset Advisors, LLC, Jacob practiced law for over 19 years. During his 19 years in practice, Jacob was the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Randolph Equities, LLC, a multi-State residential and commercial real estate development firm, a Partner with Michael, Best & Friedrich LLC, a 350 attorney firm and Schwartz & Freeman, a 60 attorney firm that merged with Michael, Best & Friedrich LLC. While in private practice, he focused his practice on commercial matters, largely in the area of real estate and commercial litigation, including work-out, contracts, real estate, construction and condominium law. He has represented a broad range of business and real estate clients, including, bankruptcy trustees, a wide range of financial institutions, property management firms, manufacturers, real estate developers, general contractors, banks, a variety of small to mid-sized business clients and a number of Fortune 500 companies. Jacob received a Juris Doctor degree, with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin in 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from The American University in Washington, D.C. in 1986. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Illinois and Wisconsin.

Jeffrey H. Meyer
Jeffrey H. Meyer is a principal of SMB Asset Advisors, LLC. He has been in the commercial real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker since 2001, when he joined Schnoll And Company, Inc. as a partner with Jeffrey M. Schnoll. Jeffrey has vast amounts of experience in the development, general contracting, financing, marketing, selling, acquiring, leasing and managing of all types of properties, including industrial, office and medical. Prior to joining Schnoll And Company, Inc., Jeffrey practiced law for over a decade, first in Phoenix and then in Chicago, all with mid to large size private law firms. Jeffrey practiced law in the area of civil litigation, with a concentration in construction law, property and casualty suits and products liability. Jeffrey’s extensive legal background continues to be relied upon for contract negotiations, union disputes, leasing and coordination with outside counsel. Jeffrey earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1987 and a Bachelor’s of Science in General Business, with Highest Distinction, from the University of Arizona in 1984.

Bryce H. Bowman
Bryce H. Bowman is a principal of SMB Asset Advisors, LLC. He founded a real estate advisory and development firm which also grew into an asset management firm with a portfolio of assets ranging from multi-family, retail, office, and self storage. Bryce oversaw all business plans, exit strategies, and sourced all of the equity and debt for the assets within the firm. Since then, he has held several Director of Development roles, most recently with the Chicago office of Randolph Equities, and has served as a Principal, and lead developer, on projects in scale from $1 Million to $130 Million and on multi-family, mixed-use, medical, retail, and office properties. Bryce's experience with all facets of real estate from market research, site acquisition, construction management, and exit strategy consultation is a perfect match for SMB Asset Advisors. Bryce graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served in various leadership positions in Germany, Kosovo, and in the United States with the United States Army. He holds an MBA, in finance, from the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis.
